Success Mental Health is designed to provide a holistic mental health boost so pretty much anyone can benefit! Whether you have a specific issue in the area of mood, anxiety, self-esteem, worry, or want to build self-awareness or understand your own psychology to improve well-being, this course can support you.
Success Mental Health is suitable for individuals over the age of 16. You must be 18 or over to access the course, so younger users will need the support of an adult. I do recommend that users under the age of 16 are supported by an adult while completing the course.
This course may not be suitable for people experiencing acute mental health symptoms. I would recommend that individuals with more sever and enduring mental health difficulties seek advice from their GP or a qualified mental health practitioner before enrolling.
Each session is roughly 60 minutes in length and includes psycho-education, practical skills and strategies, guided experimental exercises and time for reflection. The longest session is 72 minutes and the shortest session is 44 minutes.
Currently there is not an option to use closed captions with the course.
